Article 1 - The Parties

This agreement is between *OMS Feza Tourism & Travel Agency*, located at *Altıparmak, Bursalı Tahir Cd. No:94/A, 16050 Osmangazi̇/Bursa, Turkey* (the “Agency”), and the *Client* who purchases services via https://fezaturizm.com. Both parties agree to execute sales transactions electronically.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale of tourism services offered electronically, including but not limited to:

  • Accommodation Bookings:
  • Daily or Package Tours:
  • VIP Transfer Services:
  • Car Rentals:
  • Health Tourism Services:

Article 3 - Description of Services

The services offered include:

  • Accommodation Bookings:Reservations for hotels, bungalows, or Airbnb-type accommodations.
  • Tours:Daily or weekly tours featuring local and cultural experiences.
  • VIP Transfer Services:Transfers and private tours using luxury vehicles.
  • Car Rentals:Vehicle rental services with various options to meet needs.
  • Health Tourism:Organization of medical services and supporting services related to health tourism.

Article 4 - Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices displayed on the website are current and include all applicable taxes. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Article 5 - Rights of Withdrawal

Clients have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of booking, provided the services have not been delivered or started. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing.

Article 6 - Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made 15+ days before the service date.
  • A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made 7-14 days before the service date.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days before the service date. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Article 7 - Delivery of Services

Services will be delivered as specified in the booking confirmation and subject to availability. Clients will be promptly notified of any changes.

Article 8 - Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. They must also comply with the terms of service.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by Turkish law, and any legal issues will be resolved in the competent courts of Bursa.

Article 10 - Privacy Policy

Client information will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties.
